The best We purchased a farm, during the start of COVID and then their were wildfires. Everything else imaginable that could upset this transaction happened. Julie was great on walking us through the process and fighting for us when things were grim. She was also very patient with us and answered all those questions we had, when she didn't know she told us she would find out. She was always communicating. After the purchased if felt weird to not have her daily texts and updates. Highly recommend her.

Still on cloud 9 My wife and I recently used Julie and her team for out loan needs to purchase a new home. We ran into her, and the realtor we ended up using, at an open house in early June of 2020 as we were contemplating a purchase. From the get go we were extremely impressed with the way Julie presented herself and how she was navigating the challenges that COVID put on everyone at that time. The online process of seeing what we would qualify for was very seamless and convenient and Julie was very patient with us as we tested the waters on what we could afford to buy (turned out to be much more than we expected actually). She initially qualified us for just over 3% for our rate and helped us roll a lot of our closing costs into the purchase price of the new construction home we ended up finding. During the final weeks of closing there were numerous things that came up that ended up complicating the process, most notably the wildfires that hit the region and put our purchase smack in the middle of the disaster declaration and delayed closing by about a month. On top of this, we were in a rental at the time and had to adjust the move out date on it twice, and in the end had the U-Haul loaded and ready to go, only to find a last minute snag that pushed us out an extra week. Julie took it upon herself to secure the U-Haul for the extra days needed, put us up in an Airbnb, and paid for it all herself, just to ensure we were taken care of. Not only did Julie and her team handle the situation with finesse, she also took money from her commission to purchase our points lower so that in the end we landed 2.5% for our final rate. This was above and beyond the level of service we expected, especially given that she had no control over acts of nature, yet still went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. Can't overstate how amazing it was and is to have someone go to that level of service in a time of extreme challenge. We continue to be in awe of the house we purchased and watching the market continue to tighten since we closed in October of 2020, realize how lucky we were to find Julie when we did and to end up with the house we did in the end. We tell everyone we come across that if you are in the market to buy a new home or refi, that Julie and her Team will go above and beyond for you to make your dreams a reality.
